The County of Orange is seeking bids for the performance of annual preventative maintenance and pre-startup services, and on-call diagnostic and repair services for various boilers as more particularly described in the Specifications portion of this RFB. Before boilers can be started for a heating season, several equipment checks must be performed. Vendor shall commence annual pre-startup services on all boilers listed in Section 1(a) – (p) of Article III of these Specifications (and any boiler(s) added during the Contract term per Section 2 of Article III of these Specifications) within seven (7) calendar days from the date of County’s request for such services each calendar year of the Contract Term. Vendor must complete all pre-startup services within eight (8) calendar days from the date of County’s request for such services each calendar year of the Contract Term. See attached for detailed requirements. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
