The County of Orange is seeking bids for semi-annual preventive maintenance services, on-call diagnostic and repair services, and installation services for various automatic doors as more particularly described in the Specifications. Vendor shall provide all tools, equipment, materials, supplies, and labor necessary to perform and complete all services required under the Contract. This RFB has three (3) separate lots – Lot 1, Lot 2, and Lot 3. Bidders responding to this RFB are not required to bid on all three (3) lots as contract awards will be made on per lot basis. Bidders may choose to bid on one (1), some, or all three (3) lots; however bidders must bid on all items in the lot(s) that they are bidding on. If a bidder is the lowest responsible and responsive bidder for multiple lots or all three (3) lots, the County reserves the right to combine those lots into one (1) contract as opposed to having a separate contract for each such lot.
