The NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH) and Rockland Psychiatric Center – Middletown Campus are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance for Building Management System (BMS) & Ancillary Equipment, located at the Rockland Psychiatric Center – Middletown Campus at 45 Ashley Avenue, Middletown, NY 10940. The Contract provides for the Preventive Maintenance and Time and Material Repair Services to all equipment and associated controls specified in the Equipment List (Exhibit B) and any component or accessory not specifically mentioned which is essential for the proper operation and functioning of the Facility’s Building Management System (BMS) and all ancillary equipment.
