The New York Racing Association, Inc (NYRA) solicits proposals for the removal, storage, cleaning and installation of awnings and canopies at the Saratoga Race Course, located at 267 Union Ave, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866. All awnings must be installed by May 1st of each year. Awning breakdown can commence on all awnings after the conclusion of the racing meet, which is typically on Labor Day. All awnings must be removed by November 15th of each year. The vendor is expected to identify, pack, wrap, ship, and store each awning in a temperature controlled environment. All or none award.
