The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) is soliciting bidders to provide 8’ high galvanized chain link fence, as needed, and maintenance repairs to existing fence at Saratoga Race Course, 267 Union Avenue, Saratoga Springs, New York, 12866. The Successful Bidder will be responsible for providing the following services: • Bidder shall provide all labor and material for the removal of existing chain link fence and posts and the installation of a new eight foot (8’) high galvanized chain link fence and posts, as needed. • All new eight-foot (8’) high chain link fence shall have two and one half (2 1/2) line-posts spaced every ten (10’) feet with a one and five eights (1 5/8) top rail and bottom tension wire. • Three (3) lockable access gates shall also be supplied and installed. • All corner posts and access gate posts shall be three (3) inches. • Bidder shall deliver any removed fencing deemed reusable by owner to the “Lowlands” located on the opposite side of the property in a neat and workman like manner. • Bidder shall supply a time and material rate in the cost section of this proposal for future T&M maintenance work. All or none award. Prevailing wages.
