Annual contract consists of hauling and proper disposal of approximately 275 tons per month of Part 360 compliant cake sludge from the East Greenbush Wastewater Treatment Plant, 80 Columbia Turnpike, Rensselaer, NY 12144. The contract always requires the availability of a 30-yard receptacle and anticipates a hauling rate of 16 to 24 truckloads or 275 tons per month. Upon removal from the Site, cake sludge is in the sole custody of the Contractor who is responsible for proper disposal in conformance with all applicable laws and regulations. Owner and Owner’s Representative assume no responsibility for waste removed from site. Prevailing wages.
