The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey (PANYNJ) solicits bids for septic waste removal and disposal services for the Goethals Bridge (Administration Building & Rear Parking Lot) in Staten Island. The Contractor shall provide all the necessary personnel, supervision, tools, equipment, materials and all other things necessary to perform the cleaning, removal and disposal of storm/sanitary waste from holding tanks at the Facility. The Bidder shall have a current and valid New York State Part 364 Waste Transporter Permit (“Permit”) from the State of New York Department of Environmental Conservation (“NYSDEC”) The Contractor shall use good faith efforts to achieve participation equivalent to twenty percent (20%) of the total Contract price for Port Authority certified MBEs, ten percent (10%) of the total Contract price for Port Authority certified WBEs and three percent (3%) of the total Contract price for Port Authority certified SDVOBs and/or SDVOBs certified in the State of New York.
