This project is for the replacement of the Building A - Floors 1-10 Domestic Water Booster Pumps at the Dr. Robert L Yeager Health Center. The existing pumps have reached the end of their useful life expectancy and need replacement. The current equipment lead times are approximately six months at this time. Separate contracts will be issued for the Electrical and Plumbing Construction. All work must be phased, as to not interrupt the domestic water supply to the occupied building. All or none award. Note: Separate contracts will be issued for the Electrical and Plumbing Construction. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
