The Town of Ramapo is looking to add 2 new swing bays to the existing area where there is currently 2 swing bays and looks to incorporate approximately 2560 SF of rubber safety surfacing to include both the old & new swings (with approximately 224 LF of beveled edging & not curbs). 1. Vendor is responsible for calling dig safe. 2. Vendor must coordinate installation with Director of Parks and Recreation and complete work with no additional costs. 3. Vendor must inspect shipments to ensure that products comply with requirements, quantities are correct, and products are undamaged. 4. Vendor must ensure that products are stored in accordance with manufacturer's instructions to prevent damage. 5. Vendor must prepare surfaces and remove unsuitable materials to provide for proper installation. 6. Vendor must prepare installation site with agreed upon safety surfacing to meet all safety requirements based on fall zones. 7. Vendor must verify that new equipment will be installed in compliance with existing safety zone surfacing requirements. All the work on the project will be awarded as a single project. Time is of the essence with respect to performance of the work. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
