1. General Contract: Contract consists of replacing the concrete around the existing trenchdrain. Patching of walls and roof work from other trade contracts and all other work indicated on A and S drawings, divisions 03 and 05 specifications, and all other work not indicated under other trade contracts. 2. Plumbing Contract: Contract consists of new car wash equipment including pumps,solution holding tanks, etc. Upsize gas service and potable water system, temporarily remove and reinstall sprinkler heads and all other work indicated on P and FP drawingsand divisions 21 and 22 specifications. 3. Mechanical Contract: Contract consists of replacing five existing ERVs in the main garage area. Adding two ERVs to serve the two smaller unconditioned garage areas. Add CO detection system. Add controls for the new mechanical units and CO detection system and modify building automation system. Add a split system unit to provide cooling in the maintenance office and all other work indicated on M drawings and division 23 specifications. 4. Electrical Contract: Contract consists of removing power from existing mechanical equipment, powering new mechanical and plumbing equipment. Install new electric car charging station, new addressable fire alarm system, and all other work indicated on Edrawings and divisions 26 and 28 specifications. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
