It is the intent of these specifications to describe services required to remove and dispose of certain identified trees (stump grinding or removal not included) on various roads on the Warren County Highway System and other lands owned, leased, or occupied in the Town of Bolton & Stony Creek. Successful Contractor shall be required to complete work within three weeks of notice to proceed from DPW and on an agreed schedule with DPW. All or none award. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
