There is an add alternate to provide additional fiber cement panel rainscreen coverage at the south building corners facing the canal This project includes minor repair of existing CMU and brick exterior masonry, including repointing, as well as selective saw cutting, salvaging, and replacement of the exterior as required for general repair, spot cleaning, and installation of new façade, canopy and lighting components. Existing signage and lighting components will be removed and disposed of. Minor work will be required to repair the existing roof membrane, vapor barrier, and exterior as required to provide the fiber cement panel façade, and marquee style metal canopy at the main entrance.
