Construction and installation of new generator and associated accessories. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Demolition and removals as shown on the Construction Documents. 2. Furnishing and install new site generator and other associated accessories. 3. Furnish and install new automatic transfer switch and other associated accessories. 4. Installation of new generator pad. 5. Furnish and install new fuel tank leak detation, level guaging and all associated accessories. 6. Furnish and install new electrical conduits. 7. Modify existing controls to incorporate new generator. 8. Coordination with City of Yonkers for traffic control when crane is onsite to set generator. 9. Startup participation for the various equipment and systems of the project and provide complete service to troubleshoot and assist manufacturer service representatives in obtaining a completely functional installation 10. Site restoration including installation of new fencing, final grading and placement of topsoil and seeding as needed. All Plumbing and Electrical Contractors engaged on this project must be licensed by Westchester County (914-995-2000). When possible, bidders should ensure that they comply 2 CFR 200.321 to ensure that small businesses, minority businesses, women’s business enterprises, veteran-owned businesses, and labor surplus area firms are considered.
