The Village of Pleasantville is seeking to execute an Agreement for a Public Works Contract with a licensed Electrical Contractor for on-call (i.e. requested and/or emergency) electrical services. The work to be performed under this contract shall include on-call (i.e. requested and/or emergency) electrical services at various Village facilities (within and outside of buildings). The service provider shall be fully knowledgeable of the acceptable practice and methods to complete the requested electrical services. Contractor selection shall be based on the best hourly rate, availabilities and/or emergency response time and experience. This contract will establish hourly rates, and material markup percentages. The outline of the requested electrical services includes, but are not limited to, the following: Installation, repairs or modification to existing and domestic wiring. Locating faulty wiring, repair and troubleshoot systems. Provision and installation of conduits, wiring, junction boxes, fixtures and electrical equipment to repair or modify existing installations. Installation and replacement of electrical equipment, conduits and other equipment that has been vandalized otherwise in need of repairs. Maintenance, reconditioning, troubleshooting all electrical on-call emergency services. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
