The Library is seeking qualified artists who can design and produce a mural on the bricks of the Ray Avenue side of the library. The mural will contribute to the celebration of America’s 250th anniversary and North Carolina’s (and more specifically, Cumberland County’s) role in America’s founding. The mural is intended to be completed on the Ray Avenue side of the Headquarters Library by June 2026.
