The Contractor shall provide labor, materials, and services to accomplish all the repairs, maintenance, and modification items listed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Dry-dock the vessel for underwater repairs to include sewage, electricity, security, and safety. obtain and record necessary data for inclusion in da form 5587-r, Aug 2004, "report of dry-docking, painting and condition of vessel bottom.” Shift vessel on blocks for 100% percent cleaning and painting. Refloat the vessel upon completion of all specified underwater repairs. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
