Trades: HVAC Contractor: Heating Ventilating Air Conditioning & Controls, Air Handler/Air Chillers. Includes RTU's, Refrigeration Contractor: Freezers, Chiller Units, Cold Rooms, Venue Concession Appliances & Vending Machines
Detailed Scope of Work: The project scope is inclusive of, but not limited to: Provide a turnkey project inclusive of all labor, materials, traffic control, supervision, disposal fees, permits, inspections, etc. to the work outlined in the, specifications, bid documents and instructions from the mandatory Pre-bid meeting. Work areas and delivery routes to be left in a clean and good condition. Replacement and Removal of existing Trane RTAA 2704X with a Daikin AWVO18B or HCPS approved alternate. Current chiller does not have a VFD currently. Base bid to include new VFD on the screw compressors and a phase monitor on the chiller.
