The North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT or the Department) desires to obtain a Construction Manager / General Contractor (CM/GC) as part of the delivery of a multi-disciplined project which includes highway reconstruction of US 74A from Bearwallow Mountain Road (SR 1693) to Red Anderson Road (SR 1611) in Henderson County. The Department will provide the project design and inspection team to work with the Contractor during the preconstruction and construction phases. Design and inspection services are not included in this advertisement. The project is located between Gerton and Bat Cave on US 74A from Bearwallow Mountain Road (SR 1693) to Red Anderson Road (SR 1611) in Henderson County. This project includes moving stream(s) to pre-storm location and reconstructing the highway in that area. Bonds required.
