The Town is seeking to obtain qualifications from vendors to be under contract for use on an as needed basis for the testing and repair of fire sprinkler systems in Town facilities. Multiple vendors may be selected. Vendor must be able to diagnose and repair all issues associated with the fire sprinkler system. This encompasses accessing the affected area, dismantling and replacing damaged components (including, but not limited to sprinkler heads, pipes, valves) and testing the repaired system to ensure proper function. Vendor will be required to provide a detailed report of repairs made, including any necessary parts used. Any safety concerns should be identified and reported and it is expected that vendor adheres to all local building codes and fire safety regulations.
