The City of Marion is requesting experienced and qualified firms and organizations to submit a Statement of Qualifications to provide design-build services for the design and construction of a new, approximately 1,500 SF building with finished interior, at the Public Works Facility located at 94 Shop Drive, Marion, North Carolina. The exact type of building and materials of construction have not been determined at this time, but the City will consider a conventional, prefabricated, or pre-engineered building for this application. The intended uses for the building are office spaces, a meeting/training room, and a sign making shop.
