The Town of Huntersville (“Town”) seeks a construction, engineering, and inspection (“CEI”) firm to provide engineering technicians and inspectors to perform the requested construction materials testing (“CMT”) and special inspections (“SI”) services. Based on review of the project documents, special inspections will be required for retaining walls, boardwalks, and soils. The technicians and inspectors shall work under the supervision of a project manager and professional engineer from a CEI firm that is familiar with the project requirements.
