The County of Moore (hereinafter referred to as “County”), located in the state of North Carolina, is soliciting bids from qualified Vendors in this Informal Bid for purchasing a Digital Messaging Sign for use by the Moore County Health Department. The intent of this Informal Bid is to obtain fixed price bids for the Moore County Health Department (MCHD) to replace our existing governmental digital messaging sign as a refacing project. This bid is seeking quotes from qualified vendors for replacement of the 13-year-old two-sided monochrome digital messaging sign mounted on top of the monument style sign platform for the Moore County Office park with a full color digital messing sign. The existing digital sign mounting also includes attachment to a metal support post on either side of the monument style sign platform. The existing monochrome sign display single reader board size is 32” high by 119” wide. There is a reader board on each side of this existing two-sided digital messaging sign. The Division of Health of the NC Department of Health and Human Services approved the purchase of a digital messaging sign as an allowable use of specific time critical federal grant funding for a digital sign that will be used exclusively by the Moore County Health Department for the purpose of Public Health messaging only.
