The project will include the installation of new hot water piping for Stone Hall. New boiler will be installed to provide hot water for Blue Hall. An Alternate Bid will be provided to replace existing buried hot water piping in lieu of replacement piping for Stone Hall and boiler for Blue Hall. Bonds required.
