236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement to replace the existing window washdown system on the cab of the Wilmington, NC, Air Traffic Control Tower. Work must include all labor, materials, and equipment to complete the following: Remove the existing expansion tank, chemical surfactant tank and pump and the backflow preventor as indicated on sheet TSC-24-162-002. Remove all existing copper and plastic tubing, spray nozzles and solenoid valves as shown on sheet TSC-24-162-003. Remove the existing conduit and control wiring attached to the railing of the catwalk as indicated on sheet TSC-24-162-003. Install new chemical surfactant tank, expansion tank and reduced pressure back flow prevented as shown on sheet TSC-24-162-004. Install new piping, solenoids, and nozzles as shown on sheet TSC-24-162-005. Install new electric and control wiring as shown on sheet TSC-24-162-006. Connect wiring and piping per the schematic on sheet TSC-24-162-007 to function per the Sequence of operation as shown on sheet TSC-24-162-007
