The project consists of, but is not limited to, intersection improvements at Carolina Forest Blvd and Western Blvd to include signal upgrade to install a right-turn overlap phase for westbound Western Boulevard at Carolina Forest Boulevard along with pedestrian signalization, sidewalk/curb ramp and crosswalk improvements to three (3) legs of the intersection. Bonds required.
