Pitt County is soliciting proposals from select architectural firms (Consultants) to provide architectural services for scheduling, design and construction of a new administrative building. The new building will be located at the Pitt County office park. Description of Anticipated Services: The Consultant shall assist Pitt County in the preparation and planning of the project as well as providing specifications and plans sufficient for bidding and meeting all requirements of the North Carolina Rules, all local, state, and federal building codes, and any other requirements imposed by law or ordinance. The Consultant shall design for a new administrative building. The work required shall include but is not limited to the following:  Evaluation of budget available and project scope  Space study to determine building scope  Development of floor plan layout  Development of plans and specifications for bidding purposes  Bidding  Construction Administration  Closeout  Follow all federally funded requirements (if required)
