The Lumbee Tribe is soliciting sealed bids for contractors to construct four (4) single family homes. This house will be constructed on tribally owned land located within the tribal territory. All work should be constructed according to plans and specs as well as NC building codes. Contractors will be responsible for all permits, materials, locating existing utilities, labor, and utilities for the entire project. Tribal Indian Business Enterprise Goals. Bonds required.
