Development of a newly acquired parcel of land located at 4100 Grapevine Landing Road in Columbia, NC (Tyrrell County) for public water access. Project will include 300 ft x 6 ft concrete hog slat public pier, 80 ft x 6 ft concrete hog slat commercial fisherman pier, 20 ft x 6 ft public boat pier, 10,000 SF gravel parking lot with grading, 80 ft x 12 ft steel bulkhead, 12 ft x 40 ft shallow draft concrete boat ramp, 4 ft x 60 ft handicap accessible sidewalk, and living shoreline along the waterfront area. Design will also include a 400 SF metal storage building with water and electrical utility connections. Design team will be responsible for processing of the required CAMA Major Permit.
