Per Town policy, no solicitation is allowed on Town-Owned, or rented, properties without permission from the Town of Fuquay-Varina. The Town of Fuquay-Varina has determined that the most feasible method of providing concessions on Town properties is by contracting with an independent vendor under the terms and conditions hereinafter defined. In keeping with responsible fiscal management practices, the Town has created this proposal packet. Awarded proposal(s) will be for a two- and half-year term beginning January 1, 2025, and ending June 30, 2027. Locations include South Park, South Park Community Center, Fleming Loop Park, Falcon Park, Action park, Ballentine School park, and Old Honeycutt Rd Park.
