Replace Current HVAC system Heat Pumps, Condenser Units, Air Handler, and Electric Strips. Design and install the necessary duct transitions for new equipment. o Install two Steam humidifiers in units located in the basement area. Install 220vac condensate pump 2nd floor unit. o Install new refrigerant line sets for all equipment. The second floor HVAC unit currently located in the attic will be re-located immediately below in the mechanical room. This Unit will require that the refrigerant line be installed on the outside wall and covered. Install paintable Speedi channel to enclose exterior mounted line set. Contractor must submit Speedi channel sample or specification prior to installation and must be approved by City of Raleigh Project Manager.
