The Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority (the “Authority”) invites firms (the “Respondents”) that may be interested in providing Airside and/or Landside Civil Engineering and other related Professional consulting services to the Authority in connection with the construction, rehabilitation, upgrade, repair and maintenance of pavements (including but not limited to runways, taxiways, roadways, parking lots, and other service facilities), utility systems (including but not limited to sanitary collection, water distribution, drainage, electrical, and communications), bridges, tunnels, fiber optic cable, exterior signs and sign assemblies, area lighting systems, airfield guidance systems, traffic control devices, security systems, and other various airport infrastructure at the Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU or Airport) to submit a SOQ for furnishing such services.
