A qualified firm will be selected to provide geotechnical investigations and recommendations in support of the construction, construction materials inspection and testing services, special inspection services, and any third-party inspection services required for construction permits. Proposed offerors must prove that they possess the requisite experience, skills, technical and administrative capability, and capacity to participate in a team approach to project delivery. It is anticipated that all services will be on a periodic on-call basis although there may be periods during the construction when continuous inspection may be required to the meet schedule and follow the technical requirements pertaining to the construction of the facility, and other constraints.
