The Museum of the Cape Fear has many exterior repair needs including masonry, wood trim, windows and exterior insulation finish system (EIFS) repairs. Interior repairs include door and hardware replacements and toilet room renovations to comply with ADA requirements. Also included is the addition of a new NFPA13 fire protection system, fire alarm upgrades, electrical power distribution system replacement and light fixture replacements with new LED fixtures.
