As a joint effort, the City of Raleigh Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources Department (PRCR) and Transportation Department (RDOT) invites qualified firms to submit qualifications for on-call professional services to include a range of professional services including: project management, planning and feasibility, survey, environmental assessments/documentation and analysis, civil engineering design and permitting, landscape design, structural design, geotechnical engineering, transportation planning and engineering for multi-model infrastructure, community engagement and facilitation, cost estimating and bid price comparison, bid coordination and construction administrative services (CA), construction engineering and inspection services (CEI), construction materials testing (CMT), pedestrian bridge/structure inspections, and other owner’s advisor functions related to public infrastructure.
