Awarded Vendor shall perform routine annual inspections and maintenance on boiler systems and equipment listed below located within the at the State Government Complex Downtown Raleigh North Carolina. All work shall be performed between the hours of 7:00am and 4:30pm, Monday through Friday unless authorized by the Contract Manager. Emergency repair services hours and response time will be determined by severity of the emergency by the Contract Manager. All work performed under this contract shall be scheduled with the Contract Manager.
