The North Carolina Department of Public Safety (DPS), Division of Emergency Management (NCEM), Hazard Mitigation Section seeks bids from qualified, highly skilled Vendors to oversee and assist the update of 16 Regional Multi-Jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plans. Vendor shall meet with stake holders and assist with organization, scheduling, and preparation of a final draft update for State and FEMA review. Once the State/FEMA review is complete, Vendor shall provide a final copy of the updated plan including copies of all local adoption notices.
