Shall provide all labor, transportation, travel, and materials required to design and install Type I and Type II GAC filter systems, so they provide contaminant removal efficiency to less than the current maximum contaminant level established for North Carolina Water Quality Standards. This work may occur throughout the entire state of North Carolina. 1. Type I – Two fiberglass tank vessels with ABS double wall exterior rated at 5 gpm, with 60 pounds of carbon or 2 cubic feet with an iodine number no less than 950. 2. Type II - Two fiberglass tank vessels with ABS double wall exterior rated at 7.5 gpm, with 90 pounds of carbon or 3 cubic feet with an iodine number no less than 950.
