Wilkes County (“County”) seeks to establish one contract for disaster debris grinding, reduction, and disposal. It shall be the Contractor’s responsibility to load, transport, manage, reduce, and properly dispose of all disaster generated debris resulting from an event under which the Contractor was issued a Task Order, unless otherwise directed by the Solid Waste Director in writing. Bonds required.
