For a single contract to provide electrician services including emergency and standard repairs as needed, in Clark County Department of Job & Family Services buildings. The selected vendor will be retained to provide the services of a qualified electrician on an on-call basis to perform both emergency and non-emergency repairs to electrical equipment and wiring on Department property. The contractor will be called in situations including, but not limited to, when thepower is disrupted due to weather, animal interference, back feeding from the power supply company, or shorts that affect the secondary side of a power transformer. Contractor may also be required to run plenum wire or fiber, or install network wiring drops, surface mount blocks, patch panels, wire molding, etc. Two-year initial term; up to one (1) additional one-year extension by and through written amendment. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
