Total Small Business Set-Aside, 713990 - All Other Amusement and Recreation Industries. Re-roofing of three Picnic Shelters measuring approximately 33’X40’ (Lake View, Prairie View, and Meadow View). The contractor shall install metal roofing over existing roof materials. Replace any damaged sections of the drip edge, fascia boards and rake edges which match the existing structures. The fascia boards, and rake edges will be stained (before and after installation) with a color approved by the Park Manager. Install 26 gauge ribbed metal roofing utilizing furring strips, flat ridge cap, gable trim, drip edge, and inside closures - color and style to be approved by the Park Manager; and any other materials necessary to produce roofs that are watertight in accordance with industrial standards. All fasteners shall be of appropriate type and size to secure the roofing materials, and so they do not penetrate to the visible underside of the roof deck Prevailing wages.
