The proposed project consists of the development of a 28-acre campus for the Benton County Justice System. Based on correspondence with DLR Group, we understand that immediate development plans include a new, slab-on-grade, three-story courthouse building that will have a footprint of approximately 18,000 square feet and an attached 2,000-square-foot garage. Associated parking, utilities, infiltration facilities, and landscaped areas are also planned. Future development plans will include three additional structures at the site, including a correctional facility, an associated housing facility, and a sheriff and emergency services building.
