Complete replacement of existing gymnasium (gym) floor in the LBCC Activities Center, located at 6500 Pacific Blvd SW, Albany Oregon 97321. 1. Remove existing Maple flooring and vapor retarder, approximately 16,819 sq. ft., due to water damage. Floor dimensions approximately 149' 5" X 112'6", to be verified by contractors prior to bidding. LBCC has first right to all salvaged materials. 2. Ensure subfloor is dry, clean, and inspected. 3. Replace gym floor system same as existing, with new Connor Sports VIP IITM flooring system. 4. Sand & finish, paint game lines & logos, and install new cove base & thresholds around perimeter. 5. Replace game standard inserts and power / data boxes back in identical location as existing. NOTE: See reference drawings below, however LBCC does not have drawings or details that show exact location of conduit runs. We believe that some are through the floor, and some are in the concrete slab. 6. Retractable bleachers on East side of gym to be removed & reinstalled by contractor or sub-contractor as part of floor installation, and recertified as part of the completion of the project. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
