Notice is hereby given that Oregon City School District is seeking proposals from qualified construction project management firms interested in providing project management services to assist staff in implementing construction projects to be funded by a $163 million bond levy that that was voted on November 5, 2024. The Oregon City School District began a three phased bond approach to updating and modernizing our schools. The 2000 bond funded a new high school for the community. The 2018 bond funded a complete renovation of Tumwata Middle School and a brand new Gardiner Middle School, along with critical security updates in every school in the district. In the third phase, we seek to address significant health, safety, and educational inadequacies in the district’s six elementary schools. The District is seeking to establish a pool of construction project managers to assist staff in the planning, design, bidding and construction supervision of the aforementioned projects Prevailing wages.
