UV facility consisting of open channel UV disinfection equipment, reclaimed water pumping equipment, effluent flow meter, and effluent sampler. 600 square foot Sludge Dewatering Building housing a sludge dewatering screw press and polymer feed equipment. 2,900 square foot Office / Shop building with lab, offices, and shop. Site utilities, power service upgrades, storm water facilities, paving, and landscaping. Access road maintenance and improvements.
