The elevator/escalator service contract will be for seven (7) hydraulic elevators and two (2) sets of parallel escalators located in several facilities owned by SORA. The services to be provided are monthly preventative inspections. The agreement is to include parts and labor and periodic safety testing to ensure the elevators and escalators meet all state and federal rules or codes in effect. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
