The Confederated Tribes of Coos, Lower Umpqua and Siuslaw Indians (“CTCLUSI” or “Tribe”) seeks qualified contractors to furnish all equipment and labor to perform road maintenance work on CTCLUSI forest lands. This includes, but is not limited to, brushing, mowing, rocking, reshaping (grading) and rolling, ditch pulling, culvert cleaning, culvert repair, bucking, and decking in accordance with the terms of the Sample Contract and “Attachment 1 – Description, Specification, and Statement of Work”. In the event a contradiction exists between this "Request for Quotes" and the Contract, including its Exhibits, the Contract is final and binding.
