The City of Bend requests proposals from qualified consultants to provide on-call services for engineering and related professional services on an as-needed basis. Contracts will be for an initial three-year term with the possibility of up to two one-year extensions. The City of Bend has a Capital Improvement Program (CIP), as well as project needs throughout the various departments within the City, that results in the annual need for a wide range of consultant services. The anticipated tasks and projects include sewer, water, stormwater, transportation, and varied combinations thereof in synergy projects.
