The City of Madras is soliciting written proposals from a qualified consulting firm to prepare an update to the City’s Industrial Site Readiness Plan that was completed in 2017. The update needs to consider future land uses, development, the infrastructure needed to serve future land uses, a strategic phasing plan, and a funding plan so the City can communicate with property owners and developers what is required to develop land within the study area. This is a Request for Proposal (RFP), this is not an invitation to bid. Although cost is very important, other factors will be taken into consideration in selecting a proposal.
