The renovation area is to be a combined medical and dental clinic for use by the Confederated Tribes of Coos, Lower Umpqua, and Siuslaw Indians (CTCLUSI), and includes new interior partitions for exam rooms and support spaces, equipment, and comprehensive mechanical and electrical upgrades. Minor exterior work includes the addition of an exterior door and infilling of an existing window with associated site improvements.
