It is the intent of the City of Eugene to solicit proposals for a Design-Build contract for the construction of the South Eugene Meadows Trail project. The project scope for the trail work is the construction of an approximately 2.5-mile extension of the Ridgeline Trail from 52nd and Willamette west to and through South Eugene Meadows Park with a terminus at Blanton Road. The trail has been aligned with a gradual slope to accommodate a wide range of users including mountain bikes and effectively opens the 194-acre South Eugene Meadows Park up to recreational use within some of Eugene’s most scenic park land Prevailing wages.
